Why I built this.
For most people brewing at home, the problem is not the equipment. It is not knowing what to change.
When I got serious about coffee I had a good grinder and good beans. The cup still missed. Everything I found online explained extraction curves to me; none of it answered “what do I do differently this morning?”
In 2025 I asked 64 people, to find out whether I was imagining it. The answer was clearer than I expected.

Who writes the tasting notes
I do. I build all of Fix My Coffee on my own, and every tasting note on the shelf is mine. Not one line of them is AI-generated, and none ever will be. If I have not tried a coffee, it has no note.
